MCDC is holding their quadrennial Reorganization Meeting on Thursday, June 11th 2026 to elect their Executive Board for the next four years!
If you are a Committee Person, Municipal Chair, Area Leader, or Area Representative at MCDC, you are a voting member of this convention and are expected to attend and vote at this meeting.
Schedule:
- Doors Open: 5:30PM
- Voting Begins: 7:00PM
- Voting Ends: 10:00PM (at the very latest, we hope to end the meeting before then)
What to Expect
- If you know you will be attending the meeting, RSVP on our Mobilize link for the meeting HERE.
- If you cannot attend for whatever reason, you can fill out a proxy form and send it to MCDC Executive Director, Olivia Quinci at olivia@mcdems.org. We have provided the forms you need below, depending on what position you hold in your Area’s committee. Your proxy is also expected to RSVP on Mobilize and bring the original form with them to the meeting.
- When you enter, you will check in at a desk depending on the first initial of your last name. If you are a proxy, you will sign in depending on the name of the committee member you are representing.
- When you check in, you will be given login credentials to sign into our electronic voting system. We will provide chromebooks for people to vote electronically if there are issues with their devices, but resources are limited. Make sure you come with a fully charged device that can connect to Wi-Fi.
- In case of broader technical difficulties, we will provide paper ballots for you to vote on.
- Pretzels and water will be provided, but no food is permitted in the auditorium where we will vote.
